Material overview

Built for high-temperature service

Grade 310S combines high chromium and nickel content with restricted carbon. Its principal advantage is resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures, including mildly cyclic conditions.

Selection still depends on atmosphere, temperature cycling, fabrication route and the governing product specification. Technical confirmation is recommended for every critical application.
